At ASOROCK WATCHES, we stand by the craftsmanship of our timepieces and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We want to ensure your experience with our luxury African-inspired watches is as seamless as the movement within them.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the watch's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
