We ship our premium timepieces globally. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What kind of movements are used in ASOROCK watches?
We pride ourselves on quality and precision. Most of our collections feature high-grade Japanese Miyota movements or Swiss-made movements, ensuring long-term reliability and accuracy.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do ASOROCK watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every ASOROCK watch comes with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and movement issues under normal use.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches have a water resistance rating of 5ATM (50 meters), making them safe for light swimming and rain. However, we do not recommend wearing them for diving or high-impact water sports.
